1.2. The website and brand Intaryaa are assets owned and operated by Interexterio E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”).

1.3. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Business Platform

2.1. The website is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of merchandise (“Products”) and services.

2.2. Intaryaa reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or price change.

3. Product Accuracy & Disclaimer (Important)

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, due to the nature of furniture and home decor:

Handcrafted Variance: Many of our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in size, finish, texture, and wood grain are inherent qualities of such goods and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown.
Dimensions: You are responsible for ensuring that furniture items will fit through your doors, elevators, and staircases. We are not responsible if the furniture does not fit into your premises.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

4.2. Pricing Errors: In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Intaryaa reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to you.

4.3. Payment Information: You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways. We do not store your full card details; they are processed securely by our payment partners.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery: Small Decor Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Heavy Furniture: Typically takes 10-12 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Priority Shipping: Priority shipping is available for selected products and PIN codes at an additional cost. To check eligibility, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@intaryaa.com
Delays: While we aim to meet estimated dates, Interexterio E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Strict Policy for Furniture:

6.1. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for furniture items for reasons like “change of mind” or “did not like the look” after delivery.

6.2. Damaged/Defective Items: We offer free replacements or refunds ONLY if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

6.3. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund for damage, you MUST provide an unboxing video showing the unopened package and the damage clearly. Without this video, your claim will be rejected.

6.4. Reporting Window: You must report damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@intaryaa.com.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interexterio E-commerce Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interexterio E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of use, data, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana (or Delhi, if applicable based on your registration).

10. Contests and Promotions

10.1. Intaryaa may run contests and promotions from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel these at any time.

10.2. Participation: By participating, you agree to release Intaryaa from any claims. Winners are decided at the sole discretion of the Intaryaa team.

10.3. Public Profiles: For social media contests, participant profiles must be public to be valid.

10.4. User Content: If we share/regram your photo, it does not automatically mean you are a winner unless explicitly declared.
