At Intaryaa, we believe in sustainable luxury. Our Buyback Program allows you to sell your used Intaryaa furniture back to us in exchange for cash or store credit. This initiative ensures that high-quality furniture finds a second life, reducing waste and allowing you to refresh your home décor more frequently.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the buyback program, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Product Category: The program is currently valid only for Furniture items (e.g., Tables, Chairs, Stools, Shelves). Note: Decorative accessories, soft furnishings, and lighting are not eligible at this time.

  • Purchase Timeframe: The buyback request must be initiated between 12 to 24 months from the original date of purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original Order ID or Invoice to verify that the item was purchased directly from Intaryaa.

  • Condition: The furniture must be in usable, structural condition. Items with heavy damage, cracks, broken parts, or permanent stains will not be accepted.

  • Exclusions: The following items are excluded from the program:

    • Customized or personalized furniture.

    • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

    • Products that have been modified or altered by the customer.

3. Valuation Guidelines

The buyback value is calculated based on the original purchase price and the current condition of the item.

4. The Buyback Process

  1. Request: Submit the Buyback Request Form on our website with clear photos (Front, Back, and Close-ups).

  2. Tentative Valuation: Our team will review your photos and provide a tentative offer within 24-48 hours.

  3. Pickup: Once you accept the tentative offer, our logistics partner will collect the item from your location.

  4. Final Inspection: The item will be physically inspected at our warehouse.

    • If the condition matches your photos: The value is confirmed.

    • If the condition differs: We reserve the right to revise the value or reject the item. You will be notified for approval before we proceed.

  5. Payment: Upon final approval, payment is processed within 3-5 working days.

5. Logistics & Shipping

  • Pickup is arranged by Intaryaa. Please ensure the product is clean and ready for handover.

  • If the pickup location is outside our standard service area, additional shipping charges may be deducted from the final buyback value (this will be communicated beforehand).
