Upgrade your lifestyle with Intaryaa’s Smart Exchange program. We allow you to exchange your old furniture—regardless of the brand—for a credit value that you can use to purchase brand-new luxury pieces from Intaryaa.com. It is the easiest way to refresh your home while being sustainable.

2. How It Works (4 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Submit Your Product Fill out our [Exchange Form Link] with photos of your old furniture. Please provide clear images of the front, back, and any damaged areas.

Step 2: Get a Quote Our experts will evaluate your item based on its condition, age, and category. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a “Fair Value Quote” via email/WhatsApp.

Step 3: Redeem Your Value If you accept the quote, we will issue you a unique exchange coupon code equivalent to the quoted value. You can use this code immediately to buy new furniture on Intaryaa.com.

Step 4: Pickup & Delivery

  • Simultaneous Swap: In most serviceable pin codes, we will pick up your old item at the same time we deliver your new Intaryaa furniture.

  • Separate Pickup: In some cases, the pickup may be scheduled 1-2 days prior to delivery.

3. Eligibility: What We Accept

To ensure quality, we only accept furniture that is in usable condition.

  • Accepted: Sofas, beds, dining tables, wardrobes, and coffee tables.

  • Condition: The frame must be sturdy. Minor scratches or upholstery wear are acceptable.

4. What We Do NOT Accept (Rejection Criteria)

We reserve the right to reject an exchange request at the doorstep if the item does not match the photos submitted. We cannot accept:

  • Termite Infested Furniture: Any sign of termites or wood borer insects.

  • Structural Damage: Broken legs, cracked frames, or items that are unsafe to use.

  • Glass Items: We do not exchange standalone glass tables or mirrors due to breakage risk during transit.

  • DIY/Disassembled Furniture: Items that have been taken apart and cannot be reassembled.

5. Exchange Value & Pricing

  • The exchange value is determined solely by Intaryaa’s valuation team.

  • The value is offered as a store credit/discount on your new purchase. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.

  • Maximum Cap: The exchange value cannot exceed [e.g., 25%] of the new product’s MRP. (Example: If buying a ₹40,000 sofa, the max exchange discount might be ₹10,000).

6. Logistics & Fees

  • Pickup Fee: A nominal convenience fee of ₹[e.g., 499] may apply for the pickup of the old item, which will be deducted from your final exchange value.

  • Serviceable Areas: Smart Exchange is currently available in [List Cities, e.g., Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore]. If you are outside these zones, please contact support before applying.

7. Cancellation & Return of Old Furniture

  • Once the old furniture is picked up and the new item is delivered, the exchange is final.

  • We cannot return your old furniture if you decide to return the new Intaryaa product later. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for the new item, minus the exchange credit given.
